Want a one word answer to your question? SIMPLIFY. Start by omitting words with 23 letters from your vocabulary. Get back to the basics. You might be getting smarter...and that can be worse. My IQ is 175 and sometimes my life can be a living hell. Relax and use focused awareness. Good luck.

The more I know, the more I realize I don't know. Someday I hope to know everything so that I realize that I am completely ignorant. You reconnect by realizing that the more connected you are the more disconnected you might feel... at times. Overtranscendentalizing is a common problem in the United States, so I would cut down to maybe 300 -1,000 times a day. Either that or try a new hobby.

Well since no one knows you, then it's hard to say for sure. I don't feel like people get dumber. Maybe your self esteem has had a bashing But, this does not have nothing to do with your intellect. You might also, be depressed since you have bad feeling about yourself.Good Luck To You.

You mature ,you can rise about all the ignorance and dumb ideals others put in your head, all your life. It's not getting dumber,it's separating what you believed in the past, into what the real truth is now.

when it happen to me, i try to reconnecto "through" other people.
i mean: i think "in terms" of being other people, with more elemental problems and i feel i do something "concrete" helping them, in any way.
is a confession, it's not a suggestion
