My husband is 63 and I am 40. We are in love as much today as the day we got married. We keep the love alive by doing little things for each other. We take walks together, go out on our ATVs together, watch sports together, etc. But the biggest thing we do, is we spice it up in the bedroom. It is never the same and we have sex every day!!!

Keep things fresh and exciting. Many couples forget about the marriage after the kids come. When the kids are all grown up and gone from home there will be no one but you and your partner. By then you might not even know each other if so much was put into the kids. Have date night where the two of you go do something special together. You don't even have to go out; just make special time together in the house for you and him and arrange for the kids to be watching a movie or something.

Although I do not know the background of your family and your relationship, I know that after 6-8 years, there is the very well known "7-years-marriage-crisis".
My grand mother would recommend you to make a complete change of image: change your hair style, your hair colour, your make-up, buy some new clothes and if you have time, will and money you could extend this change in the house by refubrishing old furniture, buy new curtains -completely different that the ones you had up to now- and cook new recipes.
Offer to both of you a nice week end without the children (you can ask a grand mother or an aunt to keep them over the week-end) and besides renewing your sexual relationship, you can combine it with something he likes, like attending a concert or dine out at a fine restaurant or watch a good theatre or just go together fishing, bowling or whatever...
The biggest enemy of a relationship is boredom.
Don't make it happen!...

We were in love six years and married before our first daughter was born, she will be 23 in January. We have had our ups and downs, including affairs, financial crises, children with illnessess, and now as we approach our 50's we are having health issues. Mortality is a real issue now, how old will we be to grow old together? The quality of a marriage depends on both of you and the best husbands cheat, it is the women he is around that matter. If you know he has a hotty at work, then voice it, hey that lady is very pretty, lets make sure she doesn't mistake your privates for her own priviate show honey. Or maybe it is a cashier at his favorite pit stop, they don't want to marry them, they just want the FEELING YOU gave them when they first found you. That is what we are all looking to keep in our marriages. Counseling never hurt. We will celebrate number 28 this new year eve...no it hasn't been a marriage made in heaven, somedays it is hell, you make it what it will be and you keep it what has become. Talk, talk and hug, hold hands. Simple pleasures are best.

Truth is no one ever prepares us for those seasons in marriage when things tend to go stale, and it is really up to each other in the relationship to keep things fresh, getaway for a night once a month to just date and talk about where the marriarge is and where it is going to meet both of your needs.
Ladies please go easy on us men we were not taught how to nuture you as the queens you are and we know in the back of our minds we would be lost without ya.
Fellas date your wife, make dinner for a change, foodnetwork got those good and EASY recipies, when all is said and done when we die, hers is the hand you want to hold.

hey ,, i am not married but I've Read about the relations between men & women , so my advice to you is to stay in shape don't gain weight ,, always ask about him and show him ur care
make crazy things like calling in the middle of the day to say i love u ,, living a flower with a good morning card on ur coush beside him if u waked up and he was still asleep .
in some crazy times u can be his ***** by wearing strange things and acting different .
be always up 2 date in social , politics and relegious issues so he can find u wise while talking with u and not only his wife .
take care of his family ..
always tell him that he's handsome , cute and u r very happy and proud of him .
stay away of the loud voice and the hands fights so u won't loose ur charm as a lady .
and finally smile in his face,, a smile is the greatest way to erase everything bad between u both ..

Plant little love notes in unexpected places, give him something handmade like a knitted scarf, give him a wallet-sized photo of you to show off to his friends, pretend you just met and go on a date alone without the kids, play act during sex (get dressed up in a nurse's costume and have fun), do little thoughtful things for him (like breakfast in bed), or take up a hobby you can both do together.
