Abraham Lincoln, with Ronald Reagan coming in a close second. My cognitive reasoning skills operate at adult level, so I can't be a liberal.

Best President who controled the budget (isn't that what CONSERVATIVES do?) was Andrew Jackson.
Got the national debt down to thirty three thousand dollars.
Today it's almost eight and a half trillion dollars.
Will conservatives or liberals pay this off?
