Why did Bush agree to move the Cross from Mt. Soledad?

He didn't. The cross is going to stay, despite atheists' continuing attempts to force their theology on everyone else.

Atheists don't have a theology. Theology means word of God.
Removing a cross isn't forcing atheism on anybody.
