Get yourself a job that requires more of your mind in the morning, from the moment you get to your desk or workstation or whatever, and that you like doing enough that you don't want to get fired for being stoned at work, and realize that if you really need to relax after work, you will have earned it.
People who like their work get enough stimulation from doing it that they don't need or want to use drugs and risk dulling their competence on the job. It really is all about right livelihood, which as I understand it is one of the eight paths in the eight-fold path of the Buddhists. Any Buddhist who can elaborate, please do.

I'd start with a shower, then have cereal and fruit, go outside and start taking in fresh air or open the windows. Don't leave the curtains closed. Sit in the sun (if it's out), or go for a walk or a run. If that's not your style try a cup of coffe and some early morning news.

a good healthy breakfast, good shower and mabe some coffee. Better yet, having sex right after waking up is a good way to start off your day!
