you'll need

1.A DNA extracting machine
2.Many super-computers
3.A DNA replication machine
4.Precise syringes
5.Incubators
6.Machines to create new environoments
7.Machines to store organisms with DNA similar to that of dino's
8.DNA mapping machines

i think these are enough

The DNA is easier to extract from amber than marrow since marrow is exposed to the ravines of time .
Sometimes amber traps small insects.Michael crichton proposed that one of these could be an insect which feasted on dino blood .And since dinosaurs were reptiles their blood contained DNA [human RBC's do not have DNA].
But the DNA so obtained would be damaged due to digestive action of the acids . A good sample could be extracted from the mouth and other parts[except after stomach].
The damaged portions of the DNA are replaced using DNA from similar animals [this job of finding the right DNA is done by the computer].
Once we have the right DNA it can be transferred to cells for multiplication .Once there are a large number of cells we can go ahead with cloning and get back dinosaurs !!

an active imagination, some dino dna, a cloner (they don't generally sell 'em, but you can buy time on them for experiments... but it costs a lot), a fairly comprehensive understanding of biology, and some time (some being between twenty and one hundred years, at a guess). extracting dna from marrow or amber should be as simple as sticking something sharp into the marrow, or whatever's trapped in the amber, and scraping a bit of marrow, or whatever it is, off. i'm not a professional, though, so, y'know, ask around.

Ah, Jurassic Park! Unfortunately, no dinosaur DNA has survived the 60 or so million years since they went extinct, so all the equipment in the world would not help. Amber is not likely to be much help either.

firstly to clone a dinosaur you'll need a viable dinosor egg and also a viable dinosaur cell (other than an egg). now since there aren't any living dinosaur cells or eggs, you can't clone them. equipment includes a source of electricity, a microscope, petri dish, a pipette...

You would have to go to a voodoo shop where they have many of those kind of potions, and maybe a machine too. Then just put the stuff in the machine and "BAM" you made yourself a dinasour. Do you mind if I ask what you intend to do with it???????????
