radeon 9600xt help?

Question

i bought the above graphics card and i cannot get it too install...windows xp does not even recognise new hardware...help? happy to chat through messenger if u can help but all suggestions gratefully recieved

musicien_grande without knowing much about your system therefore I could not advise you properly but I will try.

Go into Control panel and click on SYSTEM ICON.

Click on hardware

Click on Device Manager

Click on Display Adopter

Once property windows open click on drivers and click on driver update. If you have disk insert it and click on have disk.
