I have 2 Dogs, 2 Ferrets, 1Pig, 1 Guinea Pig, 20 Adult Rabbits and their babies. and I am looking for a Jersey milk cow and a pair of Draft horses. I drink a LOT of coffee.

If you feel that a pet would require "too much energy" to look after, perhaps you would not be the best pet owner.
That said, if you really want a pet, perhaps you can get a "low maintenance pet" -- like a fish. Only have to feed once a day, and clean the tank every week or so.

Im the puppy draw close in my abode. I actually have a dashound, 3 outdoors cats (that are desiring fed at 5am) and my aquarium. I take care of all of them each day and love doing it. My children are all grown and lengthy gone from abode, so i desirous to undertake some pets to assist fill my time in the course of the day! i'd take up more effective, yet hubby might want to have a more effective wholesome!

I have 11 hamsters, 3 rats, 2 mice and 7 fish. All in all i have 14 cages as the mice are together in one. I clean their cages every other day without fail. It takes me on average 4 - 5 hours and thats WITH help. The fish (2 tanks) are cleaned once a week. Yes its hard work but i love them and wouldnt change it for the world.

For the same reason parents find the energy to take care of their children, even when they're crying in the middle of the night... unconditional love.

Out of LOVE. I have 3 kids, a husband, 2 dogs and 3 cats. And I love taking care of all of them. Because in different ways they also take care of me.

im 12 and its the easiest thing i have 2 dogs and noone to help me i take them for a walk feed them groom them play with them daily they need to know theyre loved and thats all i only feed them 2 times a day so its not much of a hustle

I AM ONLY 20 AND I HAVE 5 DOGS, 4 CATS , 1 PARROT, 1 TURTLE, 2 GECKOS, 2 HAMPSTERS, 4 DOVES, 1 SNAKE AND A BUNCH OF FISH AND I HAVE A ROUTINE ON THEIR UPKEEP. IT IS ALOT OF WORK AND A LIFETIME COMMITMENT BUT WELL WORTH IT. MOST OF MY PETS I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS....

It love and not energy that feeds and water and walks my two dogs. PS its easier than raising kids lol
