Being different is good. If everyone was the same, this would be a boring world.

I love to stand out. In fact, I hate the idea of being on the same level as other people in a group. Maybe that makes me sound like an elitist, but I don't really care. Being different is more fun.

Oddly enough I like to stand out a little. I'm an introvert but I have make a conscious effort to become more outgoing and I've found that I actually enjoy being "out front". I guess it's because I spent way too many years in the background blending in and there is no future in that.

I am different and prefer that we all be different, but in a society full of brainwashed lemmings it is not possible to stand out and not be persecuted. So yes, I like being different, I just don't like too many people knowing I'm different.

I'm different but, I'm a loner... I prefer to keep a low profile, because I can never find people to talk to... it sucks so...no I really don't like being different but... it does have its moments.

I agree with JoJo. Being yourself is the best bet. If being yourself means standing out or laying low..so be it!

yes, like it or not, i am different, and so is everyone. exactly why there is unity in diversity. if we are all the same, there will be total chaos. and besides, no way to measure how different you are cuz who would stand to be the standard? everyone just loves being different. there is no contest to that cuz everyone truly is. and isn't that beauty in itself?

It depends. I'm never the same. Sometimes I stand up and speak my opinion, other time I'm quite.
