Sorry, no - unlike Lions that hunt in groups to bring down prey, Tigers are stealth hunters who stalk their prey in the long grass and prefer to get in there, and get the job done as quickly as possible - going straight for the neck! Even though tigers are more powerful and are bigger than lions - lions tend to scrap a bit more as they have hierarchies and out on the savanna males will constantly be battling each other for dominance of the pride.
