How do parallel universes exist in other dimensions such as in the 11th dimension?Do they exist in space-time continuum in the same way as our universe exists?what about the type of matter & energy in these universes?

The current scientific acceptance (or belief) is that OUR universe is shaped like a sphere (if it is a closed universe), but is only the skin of the sphere (the membrane of a balloon). The other possible shape is like a saddle, and is an open universe. We still don't know: the shape of our universe depends if it will expand forever, or if it will expand, stop, then recollapse on itself. All depends on the total mass of matter in the universe, and this, we still don't know. (Our search for black matter continues).
It is also believed that our universe may not only contain the four dimensions we know, but could be made of 11 or even 26 dimensions, but these extra dimensions are very small and "curled" on themselves, which is why we cannot "see" them.
If there are other universes, they may as well be "out" or "in" ours, but are impossible to "touch", because they are not integral part of our universe. What they (if they exist) contain is unknown, because we cannot either interact with them!
We cannot call them "parallel" universes either: they have NO contact with us are cannot interact.
So, let us just understand OUR first (and that will require a little more time!)

I don't know if our universe is shaped more like a membrane or a saddle, but I wouldn't care either way. What I believe, though, it that every possible experience exists at every moment. Therefore I believe that it's quite easy for another dimension to exist as a parallel because we would still be (as we are now) completely unaware of it, or the effects it has on us. Energy is still energy, whereever it may be. Energy creates matter, therefore the energy felt and used in other dimensions would construct the matter there. Whatever it may be...

It is all theory, assumption and speculation. Our universe is probably made up out of a mix of entities that could be called universes. What constitutes a universe really is the way that time and space are mixed plus the consequences thereof. If our universe would for some reason have more time intermixed in the available space, things would really look different and would likely be speedier.

Your question borders on tangible physics and intangible metaphysics. So ponder this, are you your body or your thoughts and which would belong in what dimension or is there a mix of the two? Strange how things come together no?!
