I would say just wash your shoulders with soap really good & wash your bra if it still causes black marks then throw the bra away and buy a new one! Also, is your bra black? or some dark color like maybe navy blue? if it is it might be cuz you sweat on your shoulders so that might be why you have black marks?? Or maybe cuz your bra's too tight??

I had those problems, and bra shoulder pads helped some, but are hard to stay in place. When I had my breast reduction they went away.

by black mark,do you mean your skin is some how brownish.If yes,then rub moisturizing cream on it and do not wear bra when you sleep.
