It can be clear... when your water breaks it fels like a balloon popped inside your vagina or else like a trickle similar to how it feels after someone ejaculates inside you and it runs out (I know, gross imagery but thats how it feels!).

If you think your water broke you will know for sure soon enough. If you have an unusual discharge see your doctor first thing in the morning. Your placenta could have separated or else you could be slowly leaking amniotic fluid which can be hard on the baby.

:) good luck!

I am the mother of four. Each time my water broke it was clear. It was never bloody. My first two children the doctors broke my water. The third and fourth broke on there own. When it breaks it can feel like a little trickle or it will feel like gallons pouring out. Good luck to you and your soon to be little one.

it can be clear like my last one
it can also be greenish which is bad it means that the baby had a bowl movement inside and it can kill the baby this is called macomiam.
it can also be reddish which is not bad it just means that you tore inside from poss starining. yes some people freak and think that it is blood when it is not. it is just a tear.
