Out on her ear is is a metophor. it means when some one is told to get out. Or chucked out. Cooking her goose Metophorically speaking means behaving in such a way as to get into trouble later.

relates to when (for example) a teacher may grab someone by the ear and lead them out of the classroom for being naughty
