go see a doctor right away! that is not normal or healthy in any way! you should not see your uterus "tremor" through your skin during your period...it does contract to expell the lining, but it shouldn't be so severe that you see it, and feel it. i would suggest getting on some birth control...that usually helps balance your cycle. good luck.

I think you should see your doctor. You could have endometriosis or some other problem. I went through he11 when I was young & wish I had taken my own advice back then. Since 1997 I've been going to a wonderful doctor that has helped me tremendously...I hope you can find someone just as good yourself. Good luck.

Go to the doctor right away! Not trying to scare you, but there might be something more serious happening.

YOU SHOULD DEFINETLY GO TO THE DOCTOR, THEY CAN GIVE YOU MEDICANE OR THE PILL TO MAKE THE PAIN LESSEN. EXERCISING HELPS THOUGH, AND STAYING AWAY FROM CAFFIENE AND SALT DURING THOSE DAYS. IT COULD BE ANYTHING, YOUR BLOOD COULD BE TO THIN, YOU MAY HAVE CYSTS, OR ANYTHING.
