Handsome is what handsome does is an age-old saying. Let your body and mind put into action always. Regular physical exercise, limited but nutritious food, timely sleep and thinking positively are all the factors that make a person handsome. Think no evil, see no evil and do no evil.

It would be naive to say that people do not judge each other on physical appearance, but it would be even more naive to say that this is the only way to pass a final judgement on people. If youre talking simply about 'physical' beauty the first thing is being clean. Wearing clean clothes and keeping a healthy body.
Wearing a great smile, laugh easily and having warmth in your eyes from within and a confident attitude is always attractive.
