get the book --
Data communication and networking- Behrouz A Forouzan
It is one of the best available in India to understand networking for ccna level. However it is much elaborate in the contents and provides a deep understanding of the topics.
another one is by Sybex publications

However just to clear the exams, mugging up the dummy questions is a shortcut approach. But if u want to go in for a job or higher courses, u must have a thorough understanding of the subject.
U can find the dummy questions by testking.com
however lot of sites such as www.projectw.org will give u tutorilas and dummy questions but u have to register there and search among the forums for CCNA
there is also a website www.sadikhov.com speacially for CCNA.
u can search @ google for a "router simulator" for ccna so that u can actually practice the router commands on the simulator.
BOSON is one simulator but u'll need to find the crack for BOSON.
http://www.flazx.com/ will be a great help if u want to find ebooks
www.limewire.com will be gr88 help for searching all the above softwares if u download the free version of limewire and then search on it for boson simulator

1) Practice on real cisco routers. If you don't have access to one, Boson is a great simulator. I would suggest purchasing it. (CCNA also tests on switches, and I'm not sure if there are simulators for that or not).

2) The Sybex book for CCNA is very good. Might want to check out Borders or Barnes and Noble for that one.

3) There is also this great command book that is very helpful. Cisco makes it. I forget the name of it, but I think they sell those at Barnes and Noble, or on their website.

4) I also like using websites like http://www.techexams.net to ask questions about things I don't understand..even after I've read it.
