Do you think I'm too young for that responsibilty? Will that be a shitload of work while going to college? I'd get a nice raise, and being a manager at 18 will look good on my resume... but I dont know if it is worth it. ...anyone ever been a manager while going to school?

I really like working there, I have it REALLY good with all the managers and I basically get to do what I want, and I love all of my co-workers and I really dont want to get fired for doing something wrong as a manger

I think first of all you should assign the way of your life. If beeing a manager in Mc Donald satisfies you so go get it, it's the best oppurtunity. but if you want to be something else and you do the job for a period, as long as it doesn't threat you future you can accept it. tack care, you must dicide for a life time.

It sounds like a great opportunity, but as you have said it will be added work involved.
As for being too young, the managers you work for now obviously have faith you can do the job.
If you still have concerns about being able to balance school and work, I would share these concerns with your Manager.

Good luck in whatever you choose.

Go for it. Don't be afraid. You will learn very valuable skills that are not taught in school that will serve you for life. I will hire a person with real life skills over someone who had good grades any day.

Best of luck.
