ask your doctor. as much as we think we know, nobody online is going to be able to tell you. you should check quick. cause if its not...it could be your period...or you could have internal bleeding...which could kill u. so check NOW! or call the docs right now at least if he's not open.

try to take a test it could poss. just be what is called stress spotting
