Can the elementary particle called Neutrino that passes through everything, including lead, cause damage to the matter it passes through and will it cause damage to DNA?

No. The reason that they pass through things is that they almost never interact with anything. Which is a good thing, since it is obvious that trying to shield yourself from them ain't gonna work.

Yes...and no...
It depends.
Neutrinos are massless particles, as you seem to know, however they can interract with some particles. Imagine that a neutrino is passing through substances, and it somehow hits an electron or a nucleus (the chances are quite improbable). If it hits an electron, it will cause a release of X-ray (high energy photons), but if it hits the nucleus, it will cause a beta decay, which means that the neutron will become a proton (essentially).
So why aren't we really "damaged" by neutrinos?
1) They are too small and the probability that they hit a probability cloud exactly at a point in time and space where an electron also happens to be is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY UNLIKELY.
2) One neutrino would not do much damage, and would only add up if this occurred with several neutrinos.
3) For more and more neutrinos to do this, is the above improbabilities, but multiplied several times.

You can consider then, that neutrinos are safe for you...for the most part.= )

Very doubtful, as they do not interact at all with any force but gravity,
Once the neutrino decays you may have to worry about a few of the particles that emerge.
Of course there ARE three different flavors of neutrino. My favorite is grape :)

A neutrino could smash right through your brain at near the speed of light and you would never notice it at all ever. The tiny electric spark that fires in your synapses when you have a thought would dwarf a neutrino beyond understanding.

It is possible, however, you can do nothing to prevent it.
