nobody knows for sure, of course, but the most likely components are superpressured gas (mostly metallic hydrogen, possibly some liquid He, traces of C, N, O) as well as slight amounts of the heavier, metallic elements (such as iron) that happened to be present within the cloud that later coalesced into the planet, or were swept up by it as it travels about the sun
