I like "Ever Since Never" but it makes a better album title or song title than a band name.

"Barcode Syndrome" is the best band-sounding name, but there would have to be some really good theory behind it... like that we are all "barcoded" as individuals which keeps us separated and definitive however masks our true identities with these meaningless bars and numbers... oh and you would need to be a non-pop and rather inoovative band to make the name worth remembering. You want to connect to your name in a more defintive way than "it sounds good."

Anyhow, Peek-a-Boo Street is an olympic ski champion so that one would be a legal nightmare to register. Forget that one for sure.

What is the band like? Their type of music, style etc.? Personally speaking, I'd prefer a more personal, descriptive name for a band that I'd be in.

Answering your question I'd choose "Ever Since Never" over the other two because it is somewhat poetic, isn't offensive and allows a person's interest to be drawn in wondering (the meaning? the style? etc.).
