Yes they have dorms
I looved mine!
It was big too!
Mine was included in the cost of tuition
But generally they are a couple thousand a semester
Plus your food plan.

Most 4 year universities have them, but not community colleges. Yes, you must pay for them, although financial aid might help mitigate the cost.
