I have a female friend that likes to have her toenails long and with designs on them, I think it is not normal but not sure, she spends one day a week just to go to the nail salon to have hers done. Please let me know. Thanks

First of all how long is the toenail.... i hope its not like 1 cm or longer... but if its just abt a little long i think is not a problem... and especially since she gets in done once a week.
One thing we should know is nails should not be cut very close to flesh... u should always have it grow past your skin and out a little if you know how to manage it and keep it clean.
Now getting them designed is not bad at all. If she likes staying pretty allover whats the problem. And toenails with pretty design is worth it.
There nothing such as weird if she like to spend a little and keep them pretty the way she wants.

i guess some women like to put designs on their finger and toe nails, but the long toe nail bit i think is a little weird. i mean, you would have to get bigger shoes at a certain point right?

I don't think it's normal. The designing part is but not the long part.

I think the design part is normal....but not long.....thats just gross......toenails shouldn't be long....in my opinion

I'm Not sure what normal is to your standards. But maybe to Her its pretty and it makes her feel better about herself. Look at the Maori natives of New Zealand. They have their entire face and bodies tattooed And believe it is Beautiful 'and Normal'. Or on that Note women whom have Breast implants 'is that normal'? I guess my answer is Yes it is normal 'to Her' .
