WELL IT DEPENDES ON THEIR AGE. SOME CHILDREN ARE CONSIDERED TO BE SMALL ENOUGH TO SIT ON LAPS SO i SAY DEPENDS ON THEIR AGE AND YOU PEOPLE STOP ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND BEING SO MEAN TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AND IF THAT'S THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT.

Each team handles it differently but if they are really young (<3) they can probably get in for free. Over that, you are going to pay for the seat.

because they still take up one seat, so they couold just get an adult to go there because the demand is so high, so to make it worth its while they charge full price.
