Kind of a wierd question for astronomy, but here goes.
there are two major arteries in your legs meeting in a spot right near your privates. if your sitting wrong you might slightly pinch them and it could make a slight humming sound or feeling.
unless you are in the military and it could be that one of your Privates is happy.
