No idea what you would do with such data. Characters beign hysteric and having amnesia are dime a dozen so not really listing them. Anyway, I have tried to list some bollywood movies from the top of my head.

Yea, In the movie Black, Rani Mukhergee plays an Anne Frank sort of character in which she was Blind and Deaf. Then her instructor Amitabh Bachan plays a character with a mental illness.
Then there is the movie Koi Mil Gaya, where Hrithik Roshan's character is a mentally challenged man, with the mental status of a child
