we have been around for a while, playing gigs and stuff but we will be putting out an album soon and we think its about time we had a name...

What is your style? Where do you guys live?
I like those stupid lovely names, like "hadorbanim", "hajirafot", "nikmat hatraktor", etc...
I think that your band's name should not be such a serious matter, but more like an inner joke that has been run by the members. What about something from school? "anakat gvahim (אנקת גבהים)", "katerinah (קטרינה)", "mishva'ah bene'elam echad (משוואה בנעלם אחד)", "shney hase'ipim (שני הסעיפים)" and "ot hakosher (אות הכושר)" have not been taken yet.

I have great respect for Jews and Israel and I can only suggest names that would reflect positive about them.
How about...."The Chosen Ones" "The Chosen" "Abrahams Blessing" "The Covenant" "Feast of Trumpets" "Passover"
