........is this normal? This is the first time this has happened and I'm in my mid 30's. Thank you for any feedback.

It's normal. Sometimes stress or a change in your routine can alter your periods.Don't worry.

this could be the onset of early menopause your periods will change now they will get heavier or lighter you may not have one at all or last longer or come every 2 weeks, 3 weeks like you said or even 1 week apart

Yes, it is normal. It just means that you ovulated earlier than usual last month. Most women's cycle vary from time to time. Also, if you happen to be on the birth control pill, that will definitely change your cycle!

Yes it may be the pill you are on, i know it happened to me and they changed the pill i was on to one with higher oestrogen.

Sometime as well, no offence, in between bleeding can be a sign of an STI.

i wouldn't worry i had 3 in a month the other month i think every now and then your body just goes up the wall.
