Feeling Blah is one of the most common illnesses known to mankind, yet not mentioned in any medical books.
If Blah should continue, go see your Doctor!! Hope you feel better soon x

Have your doctor run tests for thyroid.
Can also be side affects of the pill (if your on it, or changed it recently)
I went for hundreds of tests with the doctors for over a year because of feeling like that - and they couldnt find anything, I was having about 2 periods a month and all of your above stuff - in the end it sorted itself out but that was after a year!
I hope you dont have the same problems I did and it sorts itself out soon! x

Are you taking any kind of birth control?
It could be that.
If you're not using any birth control then it could just be your hormones going crazy. That's why I started taking the pill.
Talk to your doc/gyn.
You're not alone in this feeling. Lots of girls and women go through it.
You don't have to suffer though, so see someone soon.
Alternatively you could try Evening Primrose Oil. It's a natural supplement which balances your hormone levels. It does take a while to kick in though (daily for about 6-8 weeks) but the effects are noticable when it begins to work,
Good luck.

Make sure you eat healthy foods and get enough sleep with a reasonable amount of exercise. Also if you drink it would be a good idea to lay off the alcohol to see if that works. Good luck

Sounds like poor nutrition to me. As wierd as it sounds, eat some chocolate. Hopefully it'll put you in a good mood. I would as well reccomend midol, it relieves the cramps and the bloating

Are you on birth control? Could be a hormonal change. If it doesn't pass you might want to see a doctor. Best of luck.

i'm feeling super! i in basic terms viciously stabbed my brother to loss of life on his birthday, then baked his carcass into the cake. Then I kicked a domestic dog and spat on a sprint one, then threw it lower back into the dumpster, yet no longer befor i ripped its arm off and purchased it on ebay.

Are you stressed hun, or is your diet not too good. These can play a big part.
Go and have a nice massage and pamper yourself, you deserve it
