If you get pregnant on the pill do you still get the same symptoms as someone who wasnt on the pill? I think i may be a little over 4 weeks - im very tired, i feel like period is going to start but its not due, stitch pain and the odd twinge around higher stomach area (is this normal), going to loo frequently, back ache all over and my appetite has increased.

Those symptoms can be anything, a bladder infection, kidney infection, the flu...even an STD. If you're really wondering go to the doctor.

pregnancy symptoms whilst on the pill or not on the pill are the same.
But to put your mind at rest do a test!
I have a four year old that I got pregnant with whilst on the pill. Go and see your doctor and reassure yourself.

they sound similar to early signs of pregnancy but if you suspect then take a test and if your still taking the pill then stop until you've found out for sure cos they can be doing harm to the baby.
if you're unsure about anything see you dr straight away, they could even do the test for you if you can't afford to buy one or if you are embarrassed

This could be anything really. I would go and see your local doctor and see what they say. They know a lot more than us on here. I would go just incase it was anything bad. Least you know you are in the right place if you go. and get the right advise on what to do or take.

only way your gonna know is by askin the doc cos i get like that when im due about 2 weeks b4 sometimes and im on the pill
