I am watching it right now and was just wondering. I of course am the Basketcase, Allyson, played Actress Ally Sheed. The quiet loner, the person who dressed in black clothes (and this was way before it became "cool" ,late 80s old), the person who had no friends-no clique-no purpose. And yes, my parents ignored me too. Like I said, just wondering.

Im a cross between Anthony Michael Hall's character (the geek that ended up writing the assignment for everyone) and Aly Sheedy's Basketcase. Definitely had no more than maybe 2 or 3 friends at most...mostly aquaintances...

I was the shy one. When I was in school , I always kept to myself. Now, that I'm out of school I have come out of my shell a little. But, I didn't dress in all black or anything.
I just saw that movie a few years ago. I was just a kid when that movie came out. But, it's nice to reminisce a little.

kind of a cross between jock, nerd, and princess. I play volleyball and basketball and don't mind a little dirt, I get straight A's in school, and I love to shop. sorry, i know that's not the specific answer you're looking for, but it's hard for me to specify.

Yeah, the basket case too...and come to think of it, she was always my favorite character in the movie...
