I really hope not.
I'd be fine if in like 10 years they recreated the genre again, but leave this story line alone

Whenever in doubt about a franchise's prospects, ask yourself 2 questions:
1.) Can the studio still make money?
and 2.) Is the cast available?
Now, 1 can usually be easily figured out. If the last installment did well, the next can be assumed to do a relatively close amount. 2 is trickier. Most actors are locked into three installments of a franchise through their original contract. You're asking about a fourth installment though. I believe in this specific circumstance that Hugh Jackman is pretty iffy on a 4th. Many other leads have been killed off or otherwise incapacitated in the series. Due to this fact and the high profile of the leads still "alive" (i.e. Halle Barry), I think we're more likely to see a spin-off take place. Cyclops? Possible, but probably not bankable enough. The biggest problem I see is that none of the individual characters have much of a storyline by themselves.
If I was making a pitch I'd think about something that focused on the villains of the series, perhaps ditching the X-Men's involvement altogether. I don't know the series well enough to speculate on this scenario, though.

The director said there will be no more but there might be spinoffs, like a movie about rogue or wolverine, but there won't be another x-men.
