No. That's just nonsense. It's just a service organization, like Knights of Columbus or Lions.

The 5 pointed star has been around long before anyone thought of satanism. The ancient Egyptians and pagans used the pentagram, 5 point star and many other symbols now deemed to be evil by so many sources. The fact that people automatically think that anything they don't understand is evil makes me laugh. Don't get me wrong, i am not slamming anyone for asking because that is the best way to find out. Just give this a thought. At one point in time medicine was considered to be evil because people didn't understand it, dancing was forbidden because it was Satan's doorway to your soul, and liquor was the devils nectar. anything can be said to be evil because evil is just a point of view.

The Eastern Star is a service organization and is the lady's auxiliary of the masculine order of the Freemasons. If you wish, I would bet you could get invited to any one of their open meetings and judge this for yourself. My experience has been they are kind and generous ladies who bake cakes, raise money for charities and plan social events.

If you go around thinking any organization with a star is demonic, you better not look at an American flag. Seriously! Paranoia is a sad state of affairs. Do not give in to the forces that seek to separate us.
