I believe that one should build from the inside out. If you build up yourself positively in the inside it will radiate to the outside. i think that people have become so obessed with physical beauty that we are destroying the entire purpose of man kind..to love and care for one another. I have always thought of myself as a very attractive person but after I went through an inner transformation more men seemed to be attracted to me and people just mentioned my beauty out of the blue. So my answer is focus on spiritual beauty. It is better.

Physical beauty with no spiritual beauty is just like a mirror without frame. Frameless mirror is subjected to many a slip and thus its life is unpredictable. Spiritual beauty without physical beauty is just as an assertive sentence having an exclamatory mark at its end. To have a life full of worthiness, both physical and spiritual beauty are essential.

I sometimes will see someone I am very attracted to, physically, but then after talking for just a moment, I have no interest in the person.
I sometimes meet people who are not "my type", physically, but they radiate this amazingly attractive presence and I would spend hours with them, given the chance.
I think spiritual beauty trumps physical beauty by a mile. If one can possess both, then how wonderful. But if one has to choose - spiritual, by far the best!

actually both are mutually related!if are spiritually beautiful it shows, ur face glows with the inner lite!n trust me this is no crap.but physical beauty matters the most in today's world,so spiritual beauty is a means to achieve physical 1.

How long can u be happy from physical beauty if spiritualy beauty is zero. A person with spiritual beauty can easily overcome the absence of physical beauty, with time.

We live in a world of shallowness so many would say physical.I have often wondered who we would pick if we were all blind and only could rely on a persons personality. when I was younger physical beuty was more important,now I tend to look alittle closer at inner beauty.Its amazing how beautiful a so-called ugly person can become and how ugly a beauty can end up. For me it is spititual beauty that is the most important.

SPIRITUAL!!! Spiritual beauty shines thru into physical beauty, giving confidence and happiness that makes anyone more physically beautiful. People that are only physically beautiful are hollow.

I go for physical beauty...physical beauty a can see...spiritual beauty I can't see.. what is a spiritual beauty ????..dose it mean someone doing yoga daily..and praying and meditating...I can live without all that....lol

short term physical, but for the long term definitely Spiritual beauty is better.
