Xbox 360 holding out for PS3 launch? Is this what their Values on customer service are?

IF Xbox 360 is holding out game just because it wants to out do PS3's Launch date I believe that it is the most outragoues thing they could do.

I bought a 360 On new years and have only played A few Quality Games for it because i believe Microsoft is Holding out.

I want to know if I am the only one who Feels this way. If you feel the same way do you find it also unethical.

Well heres your answer they are holding out a game: Gears of War.
Gears will be releaced roughly at the same time as the PS3 launch. To what has be called the end of the PS3 they are looking at Gears of War as the Sony killer. Not to metion the amount of advertizing space MS bought up for that time the PS3 may not have as big of an openning sales boom as was hoped for. Needless to say the PS3 is going to be great but it also has to contend with the Wii which has some awesome game play. Back to the 360 even if on the PS3 launch Gears doesn't kill the PS3 Halo 3 will be right around the bend. I don't think Sony will have much of a grip on the game market for at least 6 or 7 months after the launch if things happen like they are projected to.

Yes it suck that we have to wate for these games but thats business for you. Its all about the bottom line and if you can wipe the competition off the map then thats what you'll do to rake in the profit.

Wait..They're releasing a huge hit game right before Christmas when sales will be booming!? How dare they try to make money!? And all three consoles are being released in November (Nov. of last year for 360) so that the hype, want, and sales from Christmas will be there? Those little cretans!

I don't know about unethical...I mean look at it from their point of veiw...they need money in order to be able to make games and systems and if the ps3 is going to e all it has been hyped to be than the Microsoft realy needs to get them good somehow and if everyone is spending money on their games wen ps3 is releasd than less ps3 will be sold.....I mean microsoft is loosing money as is because of the lack of quality games sale...major money is lost on system sales because it costs more to make that 360 of yours than it did to buy it that is a fact....all the money made is from the games that are sold. so give them a break and just wait it out...
