The mouth. All the bacteria and culture stays in the mouth, in the taste buds, gums, on the teeth, roof of the mouth, inside cheeks, etc.....
The anus smells worse (should) but is considered the cleaner of the two. Just expell that waste

Most people would say anus but I think there are more bacteria in your mouth.

It depends on the definition of "dirty"...
If it's 'more becteria' then it's the mouth...
If it's what you call 'dirty' as in our normal life, then it's the anus... What can be dirtier??!
