Call the Wooster, Ohio Police and ask them to send an officer to the plant with an emergency message for the person you are trying to contact.

contact the police there and tell them they will go to his home and have him call you . let them know it is an emergency. this is fact i had to have them find my sister in new youk about . 5. years ago and tellthem.his name as well the phone number as well . my opion?
