villa of course so i can go & have a breakfast in the garden with my husband...watch my kids playin' ...(ps: i don't have any,,still single but i'm dreaming of this day )
also my cat would prefer the villa more!

.a villa is where you retire ,with a garden and a pool and pets etc.
