hey i can suggest u 3 ways thru which u can increase your height..it doesn't matter what ur weight is,,u can still increase ur height::

1:)Try to play basketball as it helps in stretching ur body;;;really it works.

2:)Go for runnning atleast 4 days a week for 1 hour each.

3:)Try to do some chining,push ups,abs exercises these are very beneficial.

Last but not the least u can do yoga too.

Forget your height, - you need to gain a few pounds! Go to a Gym & get into a workout/nutrition regime. -THAT way you'll build muscles instead of love handles.

Not really...knee extension? but that's really bad for you and will cost you in the long run. Your height is okay and you will find someone who will love you the way you are. It's okay!
