It would really depend on your criteria for being the "largest"
In terms of mass/volume, then the answer is most definately the unfertilised ostrich egg, since they are infact only single cells (with only a haploid number of chromosomes).
Of course in terms of the longest, then it would be a nerve cell from the giant squid, or some other suitably big ocean dwelling creature. The axons can be meters long in these creatures, but they can be very narrow.
Typically the egg is seen as the biggest single cell, and nerve cells the longest.

Ostrich's egg is definitely the largest single cell. The spinal cord is NOT a single cell; however, neurons within the spinal cord can be extremely long. These cells are still incredibly small when compared to the egg--even if they are long.
The only cell in the human body which approaches a size visible by the naked eye is the egg. (It's about the size of a grain of sand). While it seems illogical, a bird's egg *is* a single cell and the largest of those is the ostrich.

It is Ostrich's egg.
An ostrich egg, at 3.3 pounds is the largest single cell that exists today on our planet. It's also the largest egg, and it looks about the size of a medium cantaloupe. (Some of the dinosaurs had larger eggs. There's a dinosaur egg in the American Museum of Natural History in New York that's about the size of basketball.) For comparison, the smallest bird egg is the bee hummingbird. You could put 4700 bee hummingbird eggs inside one ostrich egg. The bee hummingbird egg is the size of a small pea and weighs .02 ounces.
