Ribs....slow cooked for 6 hours or so in a real wood oven (only certain rib joints have this) with sweet potato fries and new potatoes (potatoes that have been boiled and then baked in olive oil and dill).
Dry - right out of the oven.
I actually prefer them wet but it's rare for me to find a place that knows how to make the sauce correctly (honey and molassas + something spicy as opposed to just hot). If I'm desperate, I make the sauce myself.
Real southern cooking.

A huge bucket of steamed clams with garlic and butter, a slab of toasted garlic bread on the side. Maybe a small Caesar salad to start. Then just coffee for dessert. Wow!

I love the snow crab legs at Red Lobster. I also love the key lime pie there. The cheddar biscuits are heavenly.

I love lobster or crab and steak. A nice baked potato on the side with all the fixings and fresh veggies. I pay $24.95 for this dinner at Red Lobster. Mmmm mmmm good!

Chicken Con Broccoli with salad and breadsticks from Olive garden. It's about $14.00 after taxes. It's really cheap for a really good meal!! yummmyyy!!!!
