After the 5th "that" you used a capital "T." Assuming the second capital "T" begins a new phrase, you need a period at the end of that phrase because it constitutes a sentence. The first 7 words are not a complete sentence and require no punctuation.

right click and select "delete repeated word" coz you have repeated the word THAT in few places.

That is that delete these two thats!!

Actually, I think the correct one is

"That that is -is. That that is not - is not. Is that it? It is!". That's one I remember from school.
I guess yours would be
" That that is that that is that. That that is not that, is not that."
