Believe me, I have been there and done that. I have worked in Special Ed for years, which I love. I have always worked retail also, for financial reasons. I worked in one job for eleven years, which I loved; and only left there because there were upper management changes which I could not agree with. I went to work for another retail company, and the co-workers were great, and I loved the job itself; but there were too many managers and assistants and department managers and I couldn't put up with the mismanagement and indecision and doing and redoing of projects and I was beginning to think about a change. I was having some problems with high blood pressure and anxiety because of all of this and just made the decision one day that my health and sanity was more important. I tendered my resignation, and have never looked back. I work for myself now, own rental property, do independent sales work, and am studying for my Masters degree. Sometimes change can be the best thing, do not give your life away to a job where you are not appreciated. Think about what you love to do, find a volunteer position in that area and work yourself into a job that way. I have a friend who loves animals, and started volunteering in a local animal shelter, and is now the regional manager for four shelters. Follow your heart, if you are that unhappy you need to make a change. I actually had a couple of anxiety attacks before I smartened up and turned my life around. I figured I only get to live this life one time, I may as well live it and enjoy it and so can you. Good luck and have a good night!

That is a hard one and very individual. Get rid of the daily - oh here I am again- attitude. It will make it worse. Begin to look for a new job. Keep that inthe front of your mind and know that you will not be there forever. Also keep in mind that people are still people and some of the same people will be found in every job situation. Just find a situation where it will matter the least. Good luck.

You could always get paid to do online surveys untill you find what you're looking for (It might give yourself the freedom to leave your current job till something better comes along) and atleast you can work at home and by yourself.. Doesn't make the thousands a week they promise, But I do it and get maybe between $100 -$300 a week and this is all in my lunchbreak at work so not too bad I spose.. So If your willing to put in maybe 1-2hours a day it's pretty good..

You need to make a conscious decision as to what you really want. Is there anyway you can make the job more enjoyable? I always say, if you're not happy in a job, stop complaining and do something about it. Your feelings would be reflected in your work. don't let that happen, keep your reputation high, leave knowing you did a good job.

Start looking for another job on your days off. Then when you find another one, quit the one you have now. Oh, and on your last day, all the people you don't like, tell them to **##%%!!!!.

Put your foot down and talk frankly to all your colleagues. This might help. But it doesn't qit and find something else.
