As Adrienne is a fairly long name, you should probably go with a shorter middle name - maybe one or two syllables only. Especially consider the surname and how the names will pan out. By that, I mean if the three initials will spell a strange word (e.g A.S.S.); if a shortened version of the first name will spell a name with the surname (e.g. Ad Page if her name is Adrienne Page). Consider all the shortened versions of her name and see if it might spell something or create something ( Adrienne > Ady> Enne> Ads > Aid, etc). Having said that, don't stress too much over it. People hardly ever use their middle name - usually only when they're filling out forms. As for a suggestion, maybe Jane, Dawn, Fay, Gail or Rose. One thing - I suggest not May. A friend of mine got married and her name became Kathy May Cook! Let us know what you decide on! Good Luck! :-)

Adrienne is often linked with the Sylvester Stallone movie: Rocky.
How about that?
You could even spell/pronounce it " Rauquie " if you are francophone.
