I did see a handful of ladies blessed with big breasts when I was still living in the Philippines.
I'm pretty sure that if you walk the streets of Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and all the other Asian countries, you'll find the same big breasted females.
(By the way, Hawaii isn't part of Asia.)
