Man is by nature a purposive creature, who develops neuroses when purpose is denied him or so says Colin Wilson.

Socrates believed that we are here to be happy and the path of happiness is through knowledge, which leads to virtue, which leads to happiness.

No one knows why we exist, but there maybe a reason. What's more important is to know how we exist in relationships. We gain an identity through the mirror of relationships. Make your relationships work and existence becomes better.

very interesting question.
to be frank there is no reason why we exist. Darwin didn't say why we exist. no one say why we exist.
no body wants to find this answer.
but i think we exist simply due to nature's necessity. we are some kind of entity that helps nature to survive itself. i don't by any means, mean nature as a living entity. its just that, during the time of our creation from a single molecule, we the living beings somehow helped nature to recycle its matters or something like that, i can't imagine myself. but whatever the reason it is, if nature would have had thoughts, than it would for sure regret our creation.
try reading about existentialism and a french philosopher called Jean-Paul Sartre.

Yes. We are born only once in this world and we are here to experience and enjoy what we call "life". The happiness, the sadness, the beauty, Love, and finally the Death everything we could only experience only in this life. We dont know what is to be like in another life, but definitly not like this "life"that we have now. So this is the only chance we have to live and experience this life.

Since You put the question with the definition that "we Du exist" and you have no doubt about that, I would suggest that we are small figures in a smal Doll theater, and somebody is amusing him/herself with watching us play.

for those who don't know the answer are those who are suffering, being miserable in their life...i'm here to love and take care of my family...that's enough reason to live a good, happy life...maybe not for others, but we each should find a reason for our existance...otherwise, we'll never be happy.

A fact is that we didnt choose this existence. Now that we are here..... it can be split into different reasons. But no matter what anybody says..... the most simple truth about our exitence here is to be HAPPY & LOVE.

Its not money, its not food, water, house, jobs etc. Can you accept this?

It was LOVE & HAPPINESS that brought us here. So we are here to LOVE & b HAPPY.
