When it comes to a pregnancy the best person to ask is your doctor. Call in the morning and tell them your concerns, sometimes an ultrasound will put your mind at ease. Twisting and turning is movement, don't forget that room is running out for wallops, right now you will feel more turning and moving. You and the baby are getting more uncomfortable. But never chance it, and no question is a stupid one when it comes to your pregnancy and concern for the baby, call your doctor.

i am 34 weeks and a few weeks ago I was worried about they same thing. I could not get my baby to move very much and got really worried! But now she is moving and I feel her often.. Talk to the doctor but I am sure it is nothing to get upset about. The reason in most cases is do to the fact that the baby is and has gotten bigger and there is not as much room inside of you for the baby to do much movement. Relax and dont wish for the pain that you dont have! good luch and congrats on the little one to come!

Drink a full glass of milk and lay down in a quiet dark area.
Everyone is different. I freaked because my son would be motionless for LONG periods of time when I was pregnant with him. I had just lost a baby and if freaked me out. Then my hubby went and got me the bebe sounds heartbeat monitor. Put my mind at ease. With my current pregnancy this child NEVER quits moving it seems. All kids and pregnancies are different. If hou are still really concerned talk to your doctor.

30weeks the baby so be quiet big already so there isn't much place for him/her to move about. Not too worry as you have said, your baby had move 4-5 times aday. What u can do is while you are laying on yr bed, talk to your baby, rub ypur stomach or maybe tap lightly around like playing with your baby.

For the sake of you and your baby, consult a doctor, please.
And you might want a second opinion, too.
