Yes it should because they need someone to show them the steps to solving the problem. Doing it for them will not help them learn. I just don't answer their questions if they want it solved. If they ask if it is correct or ask an opinion on something then I will answer them.

Give brief hints. Or give them an answer to a related problem that uses the same method. Or do their problem but make a 'little' mistake and tell them you may have done so. Or simply don't answer the question at all.

Absolutely not.
Let the kids learn. Risk one dolt answering a test question unfairly, so the rest of them who might care can get some info.

give them the right answer, but express it in terms of imaginary numbers (simple example: instead of giving an answer of 1, give them the answer -e^(3*pi*i) ) ... you can express trigonometric functions in series form, use binary numbers for simple numerical answers, etc.

If they won't make the effort to do it themselves, neither will they make the effort to evaluate the answers they get here. Evolution/natural selection will funnel them into extinction.
