I think you can make some cash out of it but It is alot of hard work and depending on your gender, Interest and area you are in depends on what products you can check out..plus yes you have to buy it first the try and get re-imbursment later-on.. If your interested in doing online work that isn't a scam you could always get paid to do online surveys.. Doesn't make the thousands a week they promise, But I do it and get maybe between $100 -$300 a week and this is all in my lunchbreak at work so not too bad I spose.. So If your willing to put in maybe 1-2hours a day it's pretty good..

i haven't, but i know someone that did. mostly it's kind of a pain in the *** for the mystery shopper. you have all these criteria of when you have to go into the business, you have to buy something, you have to keep your receipt and submit it in order to get paid for the mystery shopping and i don't think you get reimbursed for what you had to buy.
